1. Information We Collect

• Account & billing data: name, email, billing address, and payment details (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers).
• Order data: the VPS configuration you select, region, operating system, and add-ons purchased.
• Technical data: IP address, server resource usage, abuse/security logs, and access logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support data: communications you send us through the billing portal or support channels.

2. How We Use Information

• To provision, operate, maintain, and bill for the Service;
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities;
• To send essential service and account notices.

3. Legal Basis

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the Service you purchased), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), legal obligation, and, where required, consent.

This website is a static front-end and uses minimal cookies. The billing portal at portal.owrbit.com may use functional cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic; these do not identify you individually.

We share information only as necessary with: payment processors, data center and network providers, control-panel and security software vendors (e.g., for license validation), and our parent and platform operators True Web Studios and Owrbit. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, infrastructure, and other customers.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your VPS is active and thereafter for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and abuse-prevention obligations. Security and abuse logs may be retained for an extended period to protect the integrity of the Service.

7. Your Server Content

We do not routinely access the content stored on your VPS. We may access it only where strictly necessary to investigate an abuse report, comply with a lawful order, maintain the platform, or protect our infrastructure and other customers. You are solely responsible for the data you store and for your own compliance obligations (including any personal data you process on your VPS, for which you act as the data controller).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 9. International Transfers

Because we operate data centers in multiple regions, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be made through the billing portal. We may need to verify your identity and may retain data where we have a legal basis or obligation to do so.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
